In September 2009, Prince Peter Collection was launched in New York City. The inspiration for the first collection came from Mick Rocks’ iconic music and fashion images. Together, Prince Peter and Mick Rock took10 images from rock n’ roll history to create the Spring/Summer 2010 collection, with particular pieces inspired by music greats David Bowie and Syd Barrett.
Then in February 2010, for his Fall/Winter show, Prince Peter decided to embrace and celebrate the wildly influential and successful New York City Venues and after-hours clubs of the 1980s, such as Danceteria, The Pyramid Club, The Mudd Club, and the Palladium. He named the collection ‘Virgin Spirit’ in honor of certain notable and emerging celebrities from that era, such as Madonna, Culture Club, Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Prince Peter unveiled his Spring/Summer 2011 through a recreation of Andy Warhol’s Factory in a private downtown Manhattan loft. This time the collection drew inspiration from an era when the City was both a muse and a canvas for artists and musicians to make their mark and create their own legacy on future jilted generations to come. The Factory meets Max’s Kansas City, celebrating all darlings of the underground and remembered in true rock n’ roll fashion.

Designing has always been a passion of Lisa Freede. As a young girl, Lisa loved anything and everything that was bright and sparkly. Lisa's mother was a professional model, and her father was a contemporary home builder and renowned interior designer; style was second nature to Lisa. While in school, Lisa loved to create and accessorize original outfits. She would carry colorful beads and stones in her pockets and come home with embellished pencils, erasers, and lunch boxes that she crafted with paste at her desk. At such a young age, Lisa was already known by her family and peers as a trendsetter.
While growing up in Detroit, Lisa worked for a popular clothing store dressing some of Motown’s most well-known artists. From there, Lisa re-located to Los Angeles and began working in the wholesale market for Faded Glory, Yves Saint Laurent, and Calvin Klein. Lisa also taught Fashion Design and Merchandising at the acclaimed Brooks College in Southern California to share her passion and industry experience.
Lisa went on to become a celebrity stylist. During this time, she would often design her own jewelry pieces to style her celebrity clientele. Her designs caught the eye of Cher’s personal stylist, which opened doors for her to style and design for major films, TV, and music videos. From there, Lisa Freede the celebrity designer was born.
Lisa realized that there was a void in the jewelry market for everyday affordable, yet upscale, trendy jewelry. With Lisa’s style, creativity, and the help of her CEO daughter, as well as her creative, artistic daughter, and amazing team, magic happened. She then launched her jewelry collection in 2004 by designing the perfect pair of “Huggie” earrings and unique crystal motorcycle chain-link necklace. The earrings were immediately picked up by retail legend Fred Segal and sold-out completely within days.
Lisa Freede has appeared on "E" news, FOX news, The Today Show, and KTLA, as well as other popular media sources. Lisa Freede was named by the New York Times as "a designer to watch for" and has been featured in multiple publications including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, The Oprah Magazine, InStyle, People Magazine, and many more.
